ok I have a 2007 Honda Civic EX that I was doing, what is XM antenna, where and how do I install my XM radio in my civic without apparent Amateur

Can not you buy the antenna, you need the tuner for satellite radio. The factory stereo is XM, but you get Honda XM tuner kit. You can check with your dealer and you'll probably want to install. Geoff is excellent response. I want to register a car stereo shop (the car boom boxes does) it might a little cheaper.
But you must buy a receiver - and most of them with an antenna.
