Can not you buy the antenna, you need the tuner for satellite radio. The factory stereo is XM, but you get Honda XM tuner kit. You can check with your dealer and you'll probably want to install. Each merchant can set its own prices for the parts, but the cost of the sale is $ 295. The Honda dealer sells online for $ 231.60. You can get them for less, because it requires no antenna, just the strap and tuner.

As for the installation of the antenna in my S fit, I put the antenna in the back corner drivers and run the coax through the door, but in my other car, the antenna as far as possible, then run the coaxial cable between the molded part and the rear window. It is obvious in the jars in a space between two metal plates and the fuselage. I run it under the carpet, or between the molded plastic doors and the carpet until you come to the front and then behind the dashboard behind the steering wheel back on the bikeIO. For aftermarket radio. I do not know where the XM tuner ready to civilian life, who could climb into the trunk and had to put a lot of headaches!

I installed in the electronic shop of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
My car is 2003 Honda
Geoff is excellent response. I want to register a car stereo shop (the car boom boxes does) it might a little cheaper.
But you must buy a receiver - and most of them with an antenna.
