I have a multi, biotin, saw palmetto, and evening primrose oil. Lower testosterone and prevent my hair grow and help them too.
I have my diet are fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish.
Will it be okay if I add the maca?

It seems that a big problem, except that Maca is probably one reason why it is mainly occupied by men. Saw Palmetto is used mainly by men (for prostate problems), but is a natural bay of a species of palm trees and it is certainly a good food for all.
